BruDog provides fresh, lightly cooked dog food delivery throughout select areas of the Portland metro region. Please review our delivery and shipping policy below.


Local Delivery Areas

BruDog currently delivers to select cities throughout the Portland metro area, including:

  • Tualatin
  • Tigard
  • Sherwood
  • Lake Oswego
  • West Linn
  • Beaverton
  • Portland metro areas

Delivery availability may vary based on route capacity and location.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered on designated local delivery days based on your subscription or selected delivery cycle.

Customers will receive communication regarding upcoming delivery windows when applicable.

Delivery schedules may occasionally change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or route delays
  • Holidays
  • Product availability
  • Operational adjustments

Fresh & Frozen Product Handling

BruDog products are delivered frozen or chilled in insulated packaging designed to help maintain product temperature during transit.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Promptly retrieving deliveries
  • Refrigerating or freezing products after delivery
  • Following safe feeding and storage guidelines

Our insulated BruDog delivery bags are intended to help keep products cold for several hours after delivery, but customers should bring products inside as soon as possible.


Reusable Delivery Bags

BruDog may utilize reusable insulated delivery bags as part of our sustainability and delivery program.

For recurring deliveries:

  • Customers may be asked to leave their previous BruDog insulated bag outside during delivery exchanges
  • Bags remain the property of BruDog unless otherwise stated

Failure to return reusable bags may result in replacement fees.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery addresses
  • Correct gate/access instructions
  • Safe delivery access

BruDog is not responsible for failed deliveries or spoilage resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Inaccessible delivery locations
  • Failure to retrieve deliveries promptly

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery requests.


Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared fresh prior to scheduled delivery dates.

Once an order enters production or delivery routing, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping Outside Local Areas

At this time, BruDog primarily offers local delivery service and may not offer nationwide shipping.

Shipping availability may change in the future.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the concern
