At BruDog, we offer flexible subscription and recurring delivery options for fresh dog food products.

Please review the following cancellation policy related to subscription purchases and recurring orders.


Subscription & Recurring Orders

By purchasing a subscription or recurring delivery product from BruDog, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on your chosen delivery frequency.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.


How to Cancel

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into their customer account through BruDog
  • Pausing or skipping upcoming deliveries
  • Contacting customer support at hello@brudog.com

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for the next order cycle, subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date.

Once an order has been:

  • Processed
  • Prepared
  • Packed
  • Routed for delivery

the order can no longer be canceled or refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, BruDog may:

  • Retry the payment method on file
  • Pause the subscription
  • Cancel future deliveries until payment information is updated

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.


Promotional Offers & Discounts

Certain promotional offers, first-time discounts, or referral incentives may apply only to active subscription customers.

BruDog reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
